PLAIN CITY, Ohio, December 2, 2008 — 7HO9691 Jeffana FISHER-ET, bred by Jeff Henschel, Manawa, Wis., has been chosen to enter Select Sires Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, FISHER is one of 335 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2008. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identifies as a Super Sampler™. With this designation, FISHER semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

FISHER is sired by R-E-W Buckeye-ET out of 7HO7020 To-Mar Durham FORTUNE-ET’s full sister. She is one of three Excellent sisters who has produced more than 35,000 pounds of milk, 3.9 percent fat and 3.2 percent protein. This cow family is potent for high components and exceptional type. FISHER is a young sire bred to improve overall production traits and carry on the outstanding confirmation traits of his cow family.
