Select Sires Graduates New Jersey, Guernsey and Milking Shorthorn Sires
PLAIN CITY, Ohio, September 3, 2008 — With the release of Aug. 19 genetic evaluations, Select Sires graduates five new and exciting sires into the high-components breeds lineup, strengthening Select’s offering in every breed.

FANTOM and ROLF Enter Select’s Active Jersey Lineup
Two of the most influential cow families in the Jersey breed are tied to the success of new graduate 7JE762 Altamont MH FANTOM as the Flower and Maid families appear on the top and bottom sides of FANTOM’s pedigree. His dam, Hallmark 654 Of Altamont-ET (E-91%) is a tall, dairy and perfectly uddered cow. Her dam, Molly Brook Pitino Fiesty-ET (E-93%), showed her genetic prowess with four Excellent-scored daughters. All-in-all, FANTOM is backed by six generations of Excellent dams with 20,000 pounds or more of milk. His daughters excel in stature, foot angle and udder depth. YOGIBEAR sires outstanding frames, sensational feet and legs (+2.4 FLC) and snugly attached, shallow udders (+1.6 UDC).
