The common goal on all dairies is maximum reproductive performance.
This means cows cycle regularly, show strong heats, conceive on
first service, reproduce, produce and then breed back. Once achieved,
this continous reproductive cycle leads to increase profitability.
Select DTX™
Select DTX is fed specifically to deal with molds and
metabolites at a rate of 0.5 ounces per head per day.
It is composed of special L-form lactic bacteria,
saccharides, selected organic acids and vitamins.
If molds are present in your current ration, you should
expect the following results beginning three to five days after
the introduction of Select DTX.
- Loose manure problems dissipate
- Feed consumption stabilizes
- After 28 days, open cows often show stronger estrus
- Improved milk production - In severe cases, some
producers have experienced as much as 15 pounds per
head increase over several weeks
- General appearance of the herd may improve substantially
Ingredient List:
Montmorilonite, calcium carbonate, aspartic acid, lLactic acid,
calcium lactate, citric acid, papain, thiamine mononitrate
and sodium potassium tartrate.
Select BIOCYCLE™
Select BIOCYCLE is fed specifically to deal with gram negative
imbalances in the intestinal tract of the animal. It is composed
of a specific strain of Bovine live cell yeast, another type of
L-form lactic bacteria, microbial sugars, potassium iodide, and
specialized proteins.
Feeding BIOCYCLE re-establishes a proper balance of microflora
in the intestinal tract and enhances secondary metabolism through
live cell yeast and selected microbial sugars. The sugars serve
as food for rumen microorganisms that enhance yeast activity
and bacteria growth.
Four times more stable than EDDI, the potassium iodide in
BIOCYCLE is a critical nutrient for reproduction.
Ingredient List:
Distillers dried grains with solubles, calcium carbonate,
saccharomyces cerevisiae active dry yeast, potassium
iodide, dried egg, lactic acid, calcium lactate, malic
acid, acetic acid, tartaric acid, fumaric acid and
sodium benzoate (preservative).
Gram-negtive bacteria include salmonella, E. coli, etc.,
and, under certain circumstances, can proliferate
and grow to a point where digestion, metabolism and
nutrient absorption are severely affected. Incidences
of disease and infection rise and the animal is
adversely affected.
Select BIOCYCLE PLUS™
Many dairy producers have been introduced to the Select
product program by first feeding Select DTX. Significant
response is experienced by a large percentage of these
dairy producers. Once debilitation caused by molds are
dealt with, the next step is to include Select BIOCYCLE
into the feeding program.
BIOCYCLE PLUS combines the best of both Select DTX and
Select BIOCYCLE. This combination is efficient, less costly,
and often improves profits more than when each product is
fed separately.
Ingredient List:
Distillers dried grain with solubles, calcium carbonate,
dried egg, aspartic acid, lactic acid, calcium lactate,
citric acid, calcium pantothenate, papain, saccharomyces
cerevisiae active dry yeast, sodium potassium tortrate,
potassium iodide, silicon dioxide and sodium silico aluminate.
Packaging & Delivery
All three products are packed in 50-pound heavy duty boxes with
sturdy plastic bags inside. The boxes can be shipped directly
to your farm by UPS or delivered by your Select Sires representative.
