The opportunity to establish a working relationship with a potential future employee is one of the many reasons why Select Sires offers internships to young men and women from across the U.S.A.

Emphasis has always been placed on hiring college-level students who have the background experiences and knowledge of agriculture that fit the specific needs of the given internships. Many of those who have held internships with Select Sires or one of its 10 member cooperatives are now or have previously been employed with Select Sires upon college graduation.
