CONVERT™ Calf Care products are a special blend of naturally occurring direct-fed microorganisms, L-form bacteria and specialized proteins that are essential management tools for production and environmentally related challenges. Composed of naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria and other special ingredients, these products do not contain antibiotics and are proven to be safe and effective.
CONVERT Day One Calf Gel
Designed for newborn calves, CONVERT Day One Calf Gel contains enzymes to enhance nutrient absorption and selected organic acids to lower the pH in the small intestine. This assists in the reduction of scor-causing organisms by altering their growth environment. The CONVERT Day One Calf Gel is an extremely concentrated product.

- Contains specialized proteins that assist in maintaining bacterial balance
- Contains enzymes to enhance nutrient absorption
- Contains selected organic acids for acidification
Ingredients
Soy oil, dried egg, Silicon dioxide, Dextrose, dried Enterococcus faecium fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried Bifidobacterium thermophilum fermentation product, dried Bifidobacterium longum fermentation product, dried Bacillus subtilus fermentation extract, Lactic acid, Calcium lactate, Malic acid, Sodium citrate, Potassium citrate, Acetic acid, Tartaric acid, Fumaric acid and Sodium benzoate (preservative).
Feeding Rate
Dial the 60 cc tube to the correct level Remove the cap and dispense on the back of the tongue. This is a multiple calf tube. When dosing multiple animals, use good hygienic practices by sanitizing nozzle of the tube prior to dispensing.
Dose Rate: (Gel) 5cc to 15 cc per calf depending on environmental conditions
Packaging
CONVERT Day One Calf Gel #11005 is packed in a 60 cc tube, six tubes per box, 12 boxes per case. Products are stable for one year when stored under normal conditions. Store in a cool, dry place indoors away from excessive heat.

Dosage Rate
At birth or in times of increased challenge, orally administer at a rate of one bolus per head. When dosing multiple animals, use good hygienic practices by sanitizing applicator device prior to dosing individual calf.
Packaging
CONVERT Day One Calf Bolus #11006 is packed in either 40 x 5 gm boluses per jar or 10 x 5 gm boluses per resealable foil pouch. Products are stable for one year when stored under normal conditions. Store in a cool, dry place indoors away from excessive heat.
CONVERT 200 & 1000 Dose Ranch Pack Calf Formula
A supplement to milk replacer, CONVERT Ranch Pack Calf Formula contains the same important ingredients as the gel & bolus and supplies the daily doses of specialized proteins augmenting cow's milk or milk replacer.

- Contains specialized proteins that also assist in maintaining bacterial balance

In addition, a recent university study shows that adding direct-fed microbials to milk replacer improved weight gain, feed intake and contributed to earlier rumen development in calves.

Dextrose, dried whey, lactic acid, calcium lactate, malic acid, acetic acid, tartaric acid, potassium iodide, dried egg product, dried Enterococcus faecium fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried Bifidobacterium thermophilum fermentation product and dried Bifidobacterium longum fermentation product.
Feeding Rate
Mix CONVERT RANCH PACK #3500 / #3525 in calves’ milk at the following rates:
Day 1
.4 level scoops (45.6 grams) per head
For Bulk Mixing: 4 pounds per 40 calves on Day 1.
This would be the equivalent and replace the use of either Convert Day One Gel or Bolus.
Day 2–21
1/2 scoop (5.7 grams) per head per day.
For Bulk Mixing: ½ pound per 40 calves per day.
During increased challenge, dose 4 scoops per head for one feeding.
Packaging
CONVERT 200D Ranch Pack #3525 is packed in a container, which holds 200 (5.7 gram) doses, six per case. Individual container weighs 2.5 lbs.
CONVERT 1000D Calf Formula #3500 is packed in a container, which holds 1000 (5.7 gram) doses, two per case. Individual container weighs 12.5 lbs.
Products are stable for one year when stored under normal conditions. Store in a dry place indoors away from excessive heat.
